2004: Yvenson (EVAN-son) is expected to contribute this season after an impressive redshirt campaign...entered spring practice third on the depth chart behind senior Dwight Wright and sophomore Ryan Cole...a shifty back who reminds some of former OSU standout tailback Ken Simonton...during the three spring scrimmages he accounted for 61 yards on 31 carries.

BOCA RATON: Yvenson was a four-year starter for head coach Brian Dodds...started at tailback, fullback and strong safety during his prep career...rushed for 3,000-plus yards during his career, including more than 1,400 yards and 21 touchdowns as a senior...also accounted for 13 receptions for 190 yards and a touchdown as a senior...Palm Beach Post "Perfect 10" member as a senior...honorable mention all-state as a senior and first team All-South Florida as selected by three area newspapers...as a senior he played in the Outback Bowl, a game that featured the top prep players in a three-county area...Yvenson helped the team to the division title as a junior with a 9-1 record...SuperPrep Magazine selected him to the all-region team as a senior...seven of his prep teammates signed with Division I programs following his final prep year.
