SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Sophomore Chris Wilson (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) fired an 8-over 78 in Friday's second round after finishing his suspended first-round early in the morning.

Wilson is now 12-over for the tournament (74-78=152) on the par-70 Warren Golf Course. He is in 94th place. The tourney's individual leader is Oklahoma State's Pablo Martin, who has a 5-under 135. The top two individuals not associated with one of the top-10 advancing teams earns a berth to the NCAA National Championships in Baltimore.

Wilson played just 11 holes on Friday due to a weather-related suspension. He concluded his first round at 6:45 a.m. and finished the last seven holes shooting even par. In the second round, Wilson carded the 8-over 78.

In the team race, Oklahoma State and Augusta State hold comfortable leads over the rest of the field. Only five strokes separate the third- and 10th-place teams.
