PRINCETON, N.J. - The Villanova Rowing team participated in the Princeton Chase on Sunday in Princeton, N.J. The team competed in three different events with up to three boats in each event. The race came one day after rowing in the Head of the Schuylkill in Philadelphia.

`Nova's top finish came in the Open Fours with a time of 17:48.47 and 13th place. The "B" boat came in 27th clocking in at 18:18.7. Finally, the "C" Lightweight boat finished 41st at 19:13.98. Princeton "B" came out on top with a 16:36.96.

In the Open Eights, Villanova fared well in 31st place coming in at 16:53.43. The "B" boat was 39th with a 17:21.94. Princeton A won the event hitting the finish at 14:53.42. Finally, the team entered three boats in the Men's and Women's Small Boats. Villanova finished 49th (20:51.97), 50th (21:06.74) and 55th (22:54.45).

The squad will take a weekend off before ending the fall season at the Belly of the Carnegie on November 13th.
