Men's Tennis Drops Final Match to Boston College, 6-1 :: Lucas Kaster registered singles win for Wildcats

VILLANOVA, PA. - Villanova closed out its regular season with a 6-1 setback to Boston College in BIG EAST action on Saturday at the Villanova Tennis Complex.

Lucas Kaster picked up the only singles win for the Wildcats with a 6-4, 6-0 decision over Ross Pytko at No. 5. Kaster improved to 12-4 overall this season.

In doubles play, John Toppel and Ricardo Baraldi defeated Kiernan Laughlin and Dennis Reardon, 8-6, at No. 2. Baraldi and Toppel bettered their mark to 7-5.

Villanova finished 9-10 overall and 1-4 in BIG EAST matches.
