2004: Outdoor - Earned the second-best spot in the UNI record books when she finished fourth in the 400 meters at the MVC championships in 54.74... Won the 200 meter dash at the UNI Twilight, finishing in 25.21, her best of the season... Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that captured fourth place at the conference championships... Finished second in the 400 meter unseeded race at the John McDonnell Invitational with her time of 57.35... Member of the 4x400 meter relay that captured fourth at the Drake Relays.

Indoor - Started off her indoor season with a fifth-place finish in the 600 meters, clocking in at 1:40.12... Also a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that won top honors at the Panther Open... Took second place at the Wisconsin Relays with her 400 time of 58.29... Followed her Wisconsin performance with another second-place finish in the 400 (58.10) at the UNI Invite... Won first place with her 4x400 meter relay team at the UNI-Dome Open (3:51.56)... Earned all-conference honors when her 4x400 team finished second at the conference meet... Competed at the Panther Classic where she finished the 600 meters in 1:38.18, awarding her third-place honors.

2003: Outdoor - Finished fourth in the 400m at the Missouri Relays with her time of 58.82... Took seventh place at the MVC Championships with her 400m time of 57.16, her best of the season... Placed third at the UNI Twilight in the 400m.

Indoor - Redshirted.

High School: Named Freshman Athlete of the Year in 1997-1998... As a junior, took fourth in the 400m at the state meet... Placed second at the district meet in the 400 as a junior... Won the district 400, metro 400, and state 400 as a senior... Participated in Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands.

Personal: Sister Angee Henry participated in track and field at the collegiate level... Born in California on 9/20/82... Majoring in family services with a minor in psychology... Chose UNI because of its size, location, and track program.
