The University of Northern Iowa will be hosting a last chance USA track and field qualifying meet on Friday, June 16 at Mark Messersmith Outdoor Track and Field Complex. The meet will begin at 5:00 p.m., with running events starting at 6:30 p.m.

The meet will be for those athletes attempting to qualify for the USA National Track and Field Championships, which will be held June 21-25 in Indianapolis, Ind. Scheduled competitors include former UNI national champion Jacob Pauli in the pole vault, as well as 2006 All-American Rachel Jansen in the discus. The men's 800 meter race is also loaded with talent.
