2006-07: Saw limited action due to a stress fracture, playing in 12 of the Huskies' 31 contests...Scored a career-high three points in NIU's victory over Illinois State (11-11-06)...Shot 71.4 from the free throw line for the season (5-of-7)...Also has strong rebounding ability for a guard with six boards.

Prep: Lettered three years on the varsity squad at Proviso West High School. Senior year Co-Captain made the All-Conference Academic Team and joined the 1,000-point club over four seasons. In 2005-2006, averaged 13 points and eight rebounds per game. No. 3 guard on the Chicago Tribune's list of the Top 50 girls basketball players. Scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds for season highs and sank a total of five buckets behind the arc in her best game of the year. Her sophomore year earned All-Tourney MVP at the Moline Tournament. In 2003-04 named All Conference West-Suburbs, Most Outstanding Shooter, and All Tournament Christmas Tournament Mother-Guerin. Earned Adidas Top Ten Camp Underclass All Star in 2004 and was also recognized as scoring the most three-pointers in a single game her sophomore year. In 2002-03, named freshman MVP, Moline Holiday Tournament MVP and All-Area by the Chicago Sun-Times.

Personal: Only child for parents Michelle Cannon and Gregory Miller. Played AAU basketball for Chicago Hoops Express under Coach Jerald Davis. Involved in African-American Club, Key Club, and Student Council. Earned A & B Honor Roll each semester along and belonged to National Honor Society. Also involved with church group St. James COGIC Children's ministry, feeding the homeless. Major: Business Management. Birthdate: April 21, 1988.
