Sichel's Run Ends In Third Round of ITA Mideast Region Indoor Championships

Sichel will now wait and see if he gets an at-large selection to the National Indoor Championships

Chapel Hill, NC - Roy Sichel wins his opening round match before losing in the third round of the ITA Mideast Region Indoor Championships at the University of North Carolina.

Sichel posted a straight sets, 6-1, 6-2, win over Maryland's Scott Fink in the round of 64. Then, he lost to Wake Forest's Cory Parr, 6-1, 6-1, in round of 32.

Sichel will now wait and see if he gets an at-large selection to the ITA National Indoor Championships in Columbus, Ohio, November 2-5. The at-large selections will be announced Tuesday, October 24 at 5 pm.
