2006: Redshirted
Prep: Williams earned All-America notice in the 4x mile and 4x 800-meter at the 2006 Nike Indoor Natinal meet. A scoring member of the 2004 NC 4A State Cross Country Championship Team at Pinecrest HS, Williams earned Runner of the Year Honors for Pinecrest in 2003 and 2004. He was also Runner of the Year on the Track team in 2005. That season, he places third at the NC 4A State Outdoor meet in the 1,600-meter race with a time of 4:16.97. Williams placed tenth in North Carolina his junior year for Cross Country.
