Busy Weekend For Ram Teams
Colorado State has a myriad of events on campus this weekend.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Colorado State University's spring
sports teams are focused on preparing for upcoming championships as
regular-season competition continues.
In perhaps the busiest weekend of the spring season, Colorado State has
a myriad of events on campus this weekend, including:
The Rams' softball team, 17-22 overall and 4-6 in Mountain West
Conference play, plays host to New Mexico Saturday in a doubleheader
that begins at 12 noon at Ram Field just south of Moby Arena.
Colorado State's football team concludes spring practice with an
intrasquad spring game at Hughes Stadium. Kickoff time is 12 noon
following a free pancake breakfast staged by the Spirit Committee of the
Greater Ram Club from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on the west concourse of the
stadium.
Colorado State's men's and women's golf teams play host to the Ram
Invitational beginning at 9 a.m. at the Christiansen Track, located at
the intersection of College and Pitkin in Fort Collins.
The Rams' women's tennis team plays in-state rival Colorado at 11:30
a..m Saturday on the varsity tennis courts east of Moby Arena. Tennis
coach Jon Messick said that if wet weather hits the area, the match
would be moved to Miramont Tennis Club in Fort Collins and begin at 3
p.m.
Meanwhile, the men's tennis team plays in BYU's Ben Hogan Cougar
Classic Friday and Saturday in Provo, Utah.
Colorado State's women's golf team competes in the Mountain West
Conference Championships Monday through Wednesday in Sun River, Ore.
