Softball Puts Five On Academic All-Conference Fonoti's 3.75 leads the way for softball.
July 7, 2005 SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah softball team saw five of its student-athletes named to the Mountain West Conference all-academic team for spring 2005. To be eligible for selection student-athletes must have completed at least one academic term at the member institution while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, and be a starter or significant contributor on their athletic team. Named to the team were: Meghan Crouse Fr., 3.67, Undeclared; Sharee Fonoti, Fr., 3.75, Undeclared; Sarah Lyman, Jr., 3.36, Political Science; Kelly Matthews, Fr., 3.67, Undeclared;
