Team Quick Hits

• TCU will be making its second appearance at the Soccer Championship. In their first appearance, the Horned Frogs fell to UNLV, 3-0.

• For the fourth straight year, UNLV finished higher than predicted in the preseason coaches' poll. UNLV won the league despite being predicted to finish third.

• Utah's No. 5 seed is its highest in the history of the MWC Championship. Utah was a No. 4 seed in 2001 and 2004, advancing to the semifinals both years.

• Wyoming plays Utah in the first round of the championship. The Cowgirls are 0-8 in postseason play. Seven of those eight games have been decided by one goal.
