Maiberger Eliminated From Tennis Draw

ATHENS, Ga. - San Diego State sophomore Oliver Maiberger was eliminated from the NCAA men's singles tennis championships Saturday morning by Phil King of Duke, 6-4, 6-4.

The loss, in the round of 16, ends Maiberger's season at 22-4. Included in that total was an 18-match winning streak and Mountain West Conference player of the year honors.
