High School: Named conference player of the year after batting .416 with five home runs and going 8-2 on the mound as a senior...played for Team Illinois in 2007...selected to all-conference and all-state teams...led team to 61-12 record over junior and senior seasons...earned three varsity letters at Marist for coach Joel Jonas.
