At Miami: Placed third at the Collegiate Series meet at UNC Wilmington in the 5K ... best race of 2000 came at the MAC Championship, dropping her best 5K time by 30 seconds. Ceronie's Comments: "Tara's story is one you like to tell. Tara struggled a little during her freshman year and this past cross country season, but then elevated her level of training to a much higher intensity and look at what she has accomplished. Her training has paid off tremendously as she lowered her time in the 5K by 1:30. She raced hard each and every week and has become a very good college runner.
