Junior Season (2003-04)

Nickle played in 21 games for the Roadrunners... Played 97 minutes over the course of the season... Averaged one rebound per game for Metro State... His support and leadership have led him to becoming a captain for the 2004-05 season.

Sophomore Season (2002-03)

Played in 11 games for Metro State with a total of 55 minutes... Season-high four points and three rebounds (1 Off., 2 Def.) came against Chadron State on January 31, 2003 in just five minutes of play... Went 4-for-5 from the freethrow line (.800)... Recorded 10 minutes of playing time against Grand View on November 29, 2002... Recorded two assists in three minutes against Regis University on January 29, 2003.

Freshman Season

Saw limited time coming off the bench for the Roadrunners, competing in nine games... Scored a career-high five points against Great Falls (Montana) during a game in which he made his only three-pointer of the season (1-for-1)... Went 3-for-5 from the field on the season and was 2-for-4 from the free throw line.

Heritage High School

Nickle graduated from Heritage High School in 2000... While attending Heritage, he played a variety of sports, including track, basketball, and football... He lettered two years in each of those sports... He was also a member of student gorvernment and LINK.
