RMAC Announces Cross Country All-Academic Teams

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. - The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference released its cross country all-Academic teams and Metro State's Jessica Jenkins and Greg Zadina were named to the honor roll, the league announced. To be eligible, individuals must carry at least a 3.20 grade point average, either be a starter or key reserve on her team, and have completed two consecutive semesters at Metro State. This year, for the first time, the conference sports information directors voted on the first and second teams. Jenkins, a junior social work major, has a 3.51 grade point average. Zadina, a junior psychology major, has a 3.61 grade point average. Seven men and seven women were named to the first and second teams. Twenty-five women and 21 men earned honor-roll distinction. Metro State opens the indoor track season at the CU Potts Indoor Invitational, Jan. 18. RMAC All-Academic Cross Country |
