Erie, Pa. - Five Mercyhurst players were named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division II National Academic Squad Friday, March 4.

Those honored include sophomore Lauren Cohick (Harrisburg, PA), junior Misty Dennis (Gasport, NY), senior Jessica Grow (Davidsonville, MD), junior Lindsay Jackson (Churchton, MD), and freshman Erin Kelleher (Penfield, NY).

As a team, the Lakers were one of 14 Division II squads whose cumulative GPA was 3.0 or better.
