Clarksville, Tenn. - The University of Memphis women's cross country team continued its strong season with a second place finish Saturday at the Austin Peay Cross Country Invitational in Clarksville, Tenn. The Lady Tigers finished with 93 points, second only to Southeast Missouri.

Wendy Ragle paced three Lady Tigers in the top 20 with an 11th place finish. Leslie Daley finished 13th while Andrea Dahlman placed 19th. Other finishers for Memphis were Nora Nemere (25th), Hayley Futrell (30th) and Lilly Lebron (34th).

Memphis now has one win and two seconds this season as a team.
