Jarvis Bradley will be a valuable member of the team this season as he can play any of the three positions (three, four or five). He has great jumping and rebounding ability and is a strong offensive player who can score in the paint. He has a very good shooting eye and is a returning starter. Sophomore Season (2005-2006): was one of the top free throw shooters in the conference...he made 90.3 percent in conference play onle (only missing three shots) and he posted a .889 percentage (48 of 54) for the full season...scored at a 5.5 clip and had a 4.4 rebounding average...second on the team in blocked shots with 16...started 22 games...team high 12 points against LSU...13 points vs UTSA... Pre-McNeese: played at Jacksonville Baptist (TX) Junior College where he averaged 16 points and seven rebounds per game...signed there out of South Garland High in Dallas, TX...standout venter and forward at South Garland...was a four year letterman and was twice named his team's most valuable player...in senior season he led the team in both rebounding and scoring with averages of 21 points per game and 9.6 rebounds per game...had a career average of 17 points and 8.5 rebounds per game...was named one of the state's top 50 prep players...
