Men's Golf Awaits MAC Championships

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Marshall men's golf team will close their regular season at the Mid-American Conference Men's Golf Championship at the par-72, 6,802-yard Medallion Club. The three-day, four-round tournament begins Thursday at noon.
The tournament will consist of 18 holes on Thursday, 36 holes on Friday, and 18 holes on Saturday.
Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Miami, Northern Illinois, Ohio, and Toledo will compete with the Thundering Herd for the MAC Championship. Kent State is the defending champion.
Shawn Warren (Windham, Maine), Burke Spensky (Huntington, W.Va.), Brad Tweel (Huntington, W.Va.), Ben Minyard (Avondale, Ariz.), and Jeremy Graham (Danville, Pa.) will compete for Marshall this weekend.
