Loyola raises the curtain on the 2007-08 regular season this evening when it battles Robert Morris at the Gentile Center. The Ramblers are fresh off a 99-53 thumping of Purdue-Calumet in their only exhibition game on Wednesday night, with Elyse VanBogaert leading four players in double figures with 28 points. While this is the first regular season meeting between the two teams, they did meet in an exhibition game last season, with Loyola racing out to a 25-point halftime lead en route to an 86-43 win. The Ramblers held Robert Morris to 23% shooting from the floor and forced 29 turnovers in the win.
