CHICAGO - Loyola will open play at the 2006 Horizon League Championship on Tuesday night (Feb. 28) as the eighth-seeded Ramblers will host ninth-seeded Cleveland State in a first-round game at the Gentile Center. The game is a rematch of last year's game, won by Cleveland State, and will tip-off at 4:45 p.m. CT, preceeding Loyola's men's basketball game against Youngstown State.

The winner of Tuesday's game will advance to face top-seeded UW-Milwaukee in the quarterfinals on Thursday night in Milwaukee. Thursday's other quarterfinal matchups include second-seeded UW-Green Bay hosting Youngstown State and No. 3 Illinois-Chicago hosting Wright State. Fourth-seeded Butler will host Detroit on Wednesday night in the other quarterfinal.
