As a junior (2007): Started 60 games at first base... Posted a career-best .260 batting average with 46 hits, 21 runs and 17 RBI and two home runs... Hit a solo home run in the 5-1 win over Syracuse in the semifinals of the BIG EAST Conference tournament... Went 2 for 3 with two runs in the 5-1 win over Western Kentucky (3/16)... Went 2 for 3 with three RBI and hit her first career home run in the 6-1 win over Princeton (3/11)... Went 2 for 2 with two runs in the 9-0 win over Rhode Island... Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the fall and spring... Named to the Dean's List in the spring... Earned BIG EAST Academic All-Star honors.
As a sophomore (2006): Played in 52 games with 50 starts... Scored 13 runs... Posted 14 RBI... Did not strike out in the first 27 games of the season (70 at bats) and was, at one point, ranked the second toughest player to strike out in the nation... Went 3 for 4 in the 12-0 win over Toledo (3/24)... Her RBI single in the seventh gave the Cards a 2-1 win over Maryland (2/17)... Named to the Athletic Director's honor roll and the Dean's List in the spring...
As a freshman (2005): Played in 46 games with 44 starts at first base... Hit four doubles... Registered her first triple against Saint Louis on April 23... Named to the C-USA Commissioner's honor roll.
In high school/club ball: Played softball for five years under coaches Lankford, Wearer, and Lancaster... Named Lady Scotties Classic MVP in 2001... Earned all-state honors in 2004... Named all-district in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004... Earned academic all-state in 2003 and 2004... Named all region in 2002, 2003, and 2004... Also lettered two years in field hockey and three years in basketball for her high school team... Played for the 2005 `A' national champion Louisville Lady Sluggers... Her club team also finished second in the country at `A' nationals in 2004 and fifth in 2003.
