Men's Soccer Remains Undefeated

MIDLAND, Mich. - Lewis University's Scott Hall scored a goal just 38 seconds into the game, and the Flyers went on to register a 3-1 win over Northwood Sunday in a non-conference men's soccer contest. Hall's goal was his team-leading fourth of the season. Cathal Brady assisted on the play. Anthony DeRose (Sebastian Falinski assist) tallied his first collegiate goal at 38:26 to give Lewis (4-0) a 2-0 halftime edge. After Northwood (2-1) cut the Flyer lead in half at 61:46, Anthony Marsico scored an unassisted insurance goal, his third, at 84:16. Goalkeeper Jordan Gustman made four saves in his first complete game of the season. The Flyers host crucial Great Lakes Region games against Truman State and Rockhurst Saturday and Sunday. Game time both days is noon.
