ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - The Lewis University men's basketball team captured the no. 1 seed in the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional it was announced Sunday night. The Flyers (24-6) will face Wayne State (17-11) of the GLIAC, who enters the Regional as the no. 8 team. Other first round matchups include:

No. 2 Findlay (24-6) vs. No. 7 Indianapolis (20-9)

No. 3 Southern Indiana (23-6) vs. No. 6 Kentucky Wesleyan (22-7)

No. 4 Michigan Tech (21-7) vs. No. 5 Gannon (22-7)

The Regional will be played March 13, 14 and 16 at Lewis' Neil Carey Arena in Romeoville. Game times will be announced Monday morning.
