Philadelphia, PA - La Salle Volleyball Head Coach Dave Stever's Explorers fell to the Fordham Rams 3-1 in their final game at the Tom Gola Arena this season.

The Explorers dropped the first two games, but came back strong in the third game. Senior Robyn Wright (Salem, OH/Salem) and junior Lauren Woods (Akron, OH/Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy) both recorded 19 kills in the match as Freshman Kristen Kelsey (Buda, TX/Jack C. Hays) added 11.

Defensively for the Explorers freshman Carolyn Judge (West Chester, PA/Bishop Shanahan) led the way with 21 digs. Jjunior Amanda Woods (Cincinnati, OH/McNicholas) accumulated 11 digs while fellow junior Caitlin DeJong (Lansing, IL/Streator Township) tallied 18.

Woods also had 30 set assists in the match and freshman Caitlin Conner (Willow Springs, IL/Lyons Township) had 24.

La Salle will travel to George Washington and Duquesne this weekend, Friday and Saturday November 14th and 15th for their final regular season matches.
