Sept. 21, 2005

BEAUMONT - Due to the threat of Hurricane Rita, Lamar has cancelled its home volleyball matches for Friday and Saturday against Texas State and Texas-San Antonio, respectively. No make-up date has been announced.

Lamar, who is coming off a 3-0 win over Nicholls State, is still planning to host Southeastern Louisiana Tuesday (Sept. 27) at 7:30 p.m. in the Montagne Center. The Lady Cardinals are 2-12 overall and 1-2 in Southland Conference play.
