Last Week: Hopkins went 2-2 last week, defeating McDaniel, 3-0 at home before posting a 1-2 record at the Messiah College Invitational. JHU fell to Messiah (3-0) and Catholic (3-2), but rebounded with a 3-0 win over Marymount in the fifth-place match to conclude the regular season.

This Week: The Blue Jays, 20-20 overall and 8-2 in the Centennial Conference, return to action Saturday as Hopkins faces Franklin & Marshall in the semifinals of the Centennial Conference Tournament.

The Coach: Head coach Chris Weidenborner is in his fourth season at Hopkins after a very successful first three seasons. He led JHU to a 67-41 record the last three years with three ECAC Tournament appearances. Weidenborner sports a 87-61 (.587) overall record with the Blue Jays. He is a graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport, where he enjoyed a three-year career as the team's captain and starting left-side hitter.
