LANCASTER, PA - The Johns Hopkins volleyball team had three players named First Team All-Centennial when the league office announced its teams. Senior Natalia Fijalkowski (Windsor, CA/Windsor) and juniors Amanda Lewis (San Antonio, TX/St. Mary's Hall) and Kim Jackanich (Pacifica, CA/St. Ignatius College Prep) all earned all-conference honors.

Fijalkowski earned all-conference honors for the first time in her career after a stellar senior season. Fijalkowski appeared in all 97 games for the Blue Jays this season and is second on the squad with 272 kills. She is hitting .225 with 30 service aces on the season. Fijalkowski is third on the squad with 299 digs this year.

Lewis earns first team all-conference honors for the first time in her career after earning honorable mention the last two years. She leads the team with 1,099 assists this season. Against Franklin & Marshall earlier this year, Lewis broke the Hopkins career assists record. She is third on the team with 43 service aces and is climbing the career aces list at Hopkins. Lewis also has 187 digs and 44 total blocks on the season.

Jackanich was a first team all-conference selection for the first time in her career after being an honorable mention selection as a freshman. She has played in 89 of a possible 97 games this year. Jackanich is third on the team in kills with 242 while hitting .264 this season. She is second on the team in assists with 85 and second on the team with 303 digs.

Hopkins fell to McDaniel in the Centennial Conference semifinals and now has a record of 23-5 on the year. The Blue Jays await a possible bid to either the NCAA or ECAC Tournament to be announced early this week.
