The Johns Hopkins women's lacrosse team fell one spot to No. 17 in the final Brine/IWLCA Poll released Monday.
The Blue Jays split their two games last week to end their season with an 11-5 record. Hopkins defeated Towson, 12-5, Wednesday and fell at George Mason, 10-9, Saturday.
Senior attacker Meghan Burnett (Auburn, NY/Auburn) led the Blue Jays last week by scoring three goals and two assists against Towson and adding two goals and two assists versus George Mason.
Loyola received all seven first-place votes and remained in the poll's top spot, followed by Maryland, Virginia, Duke, and Princeton. Georgetown, Dartmouth, James Madison, Yale, and Syracuse rounded out the top 10.
