Tickets Available in Hopkins' Section for March 3rd Doubleheader at M&T Bank Stadium
Dec. 27, 2006 BALTIMORE, MD -- On March 3, 2007, M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore will play host to the first-ever Inside Lacrosse Face-Off Classic. The event starts off with Princeton playing Johns Hopkins at noon followed by Virginia taking on Syracuse at 2:30 p.m.
Interest in this unprecedented event is heating up. Since Dec. 1, the first day that tickets went on sale, over 2,000 tickets have been sold. Lacrosse fans can order tickets three ways:
1. Call the Baltimore Ravens ticket office at 410-261-RAVE (7283)
Ticket prices are $10 for groups of 10 or more, $15 for Lower Level reserved seats and $25 for Club Level seats. All seats in M&T Bank Stadium are reserved, so fans are encouraged to buy early to assure themselves of the best seat possible. Each participating team will receive an allotment of tickets that can be purchased directly through its box office. Those tickets will be available on campus in mid-January.
If you are a fan of a team in the Face-Off Classic, and you can't wait for the campus box office, then you can request seats in the section designated for each school. However, those tickets are going fast, with only a limited number still available. All orders are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. The designated fan sections for each team are:
