About the ESPNU Lacrosse Monument
The statue will make a couple more appearances this season. At each stop, spectators will be able to attach their old equipment, allowing the structure to grow organically with items like old wooden sticks, pads and helmets, school jerseys and pennants, balls, and other gear that spans the history of the game. In addition, participants will receive ESPNU's lacrosse schedule and maps that detail the sculpture's season-long route.

More Lacrosse on ESPNU ESPNU will televise 22 regular-season lacrosse games, including 20 men's and two women's contests. In addition, the ESPN networks will televise all 15 games from the NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Championship. ESPNU will provide exclusive coverage of all eight First Round games (up from four last year) and Quarterfinal action (May 12 - 20); ESPN2 will televise the National Semifinals (May 26) and ESPN will present the National Championship on May 28. - 30 -
