BALTIMORE, MD - The 2007 Centennial Conference Champion Johns Hopkins men's basketball team is making its ninth appearance in the NCAA Tournament this weekend. The Blue Jays (23-4) will host first and second round games at Goldfarb Gym this weekend.

Manhattanville and Guilford will tip-off at 6:00 pm in the first game at Goldfarb. Johns Hopkins and Villa Julie will tip-off at approximately 8:00 pm on Friday night. The winners will meet in the second round on Saturday night at 7:00 pm. The Blue Jays, ranked #1 in the Mid-Atlantic region, heads into the NCAA Tournament having won a school-record 23 games. Hopkins also captured its first Centennial Conference Championship since 1999. Villa Julie earned an automatic qualifier as the winner of the North Eastern Athletic Conference with a 20-7 overall record. Manhattanville won the Skyline Conference with an overall record of 23-5 to earn its bid. Guilford lost in the quarterfinals of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, but earned a Pool C bid after posting a 21-4 overall record.

Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for senior citizens and students of the participating schools (with ID). Children under two years old will be admitted free.
