BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins baseball team swept this week's conference honors, as senior Mike Durgala (Annandale, VA/Thomas Jefferson) was named the Centennial Conference Player of the Week and junior Jim Flannery (Rock River, OH/St. Edward's) earned the Pitcher of the Week award. The Blue Jays went 5-0 and extended their winning streak to eight games last week.

Durgala hit .438 with five doubles and six RBI while playing first base for the Blue Jays. Flannery, a left-handed pitcher, went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in 10 innings last week. He allowed just four hits and picked up wins against Montclair State and Ursinus.
