Chicago, Ill. - With the rain is scheduled to clear the Chicago area early this evening, the 2004 Horizon League Softball Championship will resume on Friday night with top-seeded UIC taking on #5 Butler at 7:00 p.m., at Flames Field. That contest will be followed by #6 UW-Green Bay vs. #7 Detroit in the tournament's first elimination game at 9:00 p.m.

On Saturday, a full slate of games are scheduled with as many as six contests to be plated, starting with #4 Youngstown State vs. #8 Wright State at 8:00 a.m.

The Horizon League title game will now be moved to Sunday with tentative start time set for 10:00 a.m., with an if necessary game set for noon.

Game 11 - #3 Loyola vs. Game 6 Winner, 2 PM

Game 12 - Game 9 Winner vs. Game 10 Winner, 4 PM

Game 13 - Game 12 Winner vs. Game 11 Loser, 6 PM*

* Note that Game 13 will be moved to Sunday at 8 AM if winner of Game 8 is playing in that contest, since it would be their fourth game of the day)
