Indianapolis, Ind. - The University of Illinois at Chicago women's basketball team looks to extend their winning streak to three games as they open a two-game Horizon League road stand against Butler at 6:00 p.m. in Hinkle Fieldhouse on Thursday night.

UIC (10-12, 4-7 Horizon League) is coming off of its most impressive performances of the season on Saturday night as they upended IPFW, 91-68, behind a team-season high 12 three pointers. Freshman guard LaShonda Grant led the Flames with a game and career-high 25 points, including a team-season high six treys.

Butler guard Nancy Bowden had 14 points and five assists, as the Bulldogs (8-13, 4-6 Horizon League) dropped an 80-61 decision to Cleveland State on Feb. 7th.
