Men's Tennis Downed By Florida Gulf Coast

Naples, Fla.- The UIC men's tennis team could not overcome a strong Florida Gulf Coast squad as the Flames fell 7-2 on Saturday night. UIC (3-6) received a No. 3 singles win from Paul Glendenning, who defeated Gavin Manders by a 6-2, 6-1 count. Enrico Kasjan and Adriano Liccardo teamed up for a doubles win over Manders and Brad Henderson, winning the match by an 8-2 tally. Both Ivan Kovalev and Danai Samuriwo took their singles contests to three sets but were just short of picking up victories.
