Chicago, Ill.- Anthony May's all-around victory, Nikolai Korepanov's three wins and a sweep of event titles catapulted the UIC men's gymnastics team to a win over ECAC foe MIT at the Physical Education Building on Saturday night.

May won the all-around with a 50.250. The sophomore also won pommel horse (8.7) and shared the floor title.

Korepanov continued his impressive rookie season by posting two scores above 9.0, using a 9.45 to win the still rings crown before taking parallel bars with a 9.050. He also claimed a floor exercise victory, thanks to an 8.55 that gave him first place on the event with May.

Tim Morrison, who placed second in the all-around rankings with a 48.050, captured a vault win with an 8.45.

Kevin Baune rounded out UIC's winning ways with a first-place 8.35 on high bar.

UIC turned in a season-best 197.050, downing the Engineers' total of 174.700.

The Flames are back in action against Temple in Philadelphia on February 24th.
