2002 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets for the Bengals, finishing as the top runner on the team in three... Picked up her first career victory, winning the ISU Invitational with a time of 19:40 for the five-kilometer course... Had two other top-10 finishes... She took ninth at the ISU Season Opener in a time of 11:02 for the three-kilometer course... She followed that up with a ninth place showing at the Montana State Invitational, covering the five-kilometer course in her best time of the season, 18:06... Finished 33rd at the Big Sky Championships, clocking in at 20:43 for the five-kilometer course.

2002 Track: Competed in three meets indoors and seven meets outdoors for ISU as a sophomore... Ran in three mile races during the indoor season with her season best coming at the Intermountain Championships in which she placed fifth with an altitude adjusted time of 5:15.18... Took second in the ISU Springfest Outdoor Meet with a time of 4:45.69 (aa)... Took third place at the ISU Twilight Meet in the 800-meter. 2001 Cross Country: Ran in the Bengal top five at all six races she competed in... Best performance was eighth place at the Greensboro Invitational... Was among the ISU top three at three meets during the season.

2001 Track: Competed solely in the 1500-meter during the outdoor season... Best mark of the year was 5:00.82 at the Montana Quad meet... Top finish of the season was fifth at Springfest... Was fourth on the squad in the 1500... During the indoor campaign, was ISU's No. 3 miler... Clocked a season-best 5:33.11 in a fifth-place finish at the Montana State Dual... Ran the mile in four meets during the season.

2000 Cross Country: On the cross country course, competed in five meets... Was among the ISU top seven at all five meets she ran in... Top finish of the year was 15th at the ISU Invitational, when she was second on the squad.

High School: Ran cross-country and track and played basketball at Bear Lake High School... Was dubbed Idaho Runner of the Year and First Team All-State during her career... Also earned MVP honors for cross country and track... Owns the Bear Lake school records in the 800-meter, 1600-meter, 3200-meter and 4x400 relay... Team won the Class 2A State cross-country title in 1999.

Personal: Parents are Don and Cherryl Golding... Has four siblings, Lori, Elise, Ryan and Taylor... Majoring in Art at ISU.
