RICHARDSON, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball team won both of its matches in the UT-Dallas Gilbert Memorial Tournament defeating Fontbonne, 30-15, 30-23, 30-14 and rallying from two-games down to beat UW-Superior 27-30, 30-32, 30-22, 30-28, 15-10. Kaela Parnell had 19 kills for the Cowgirls in the win over Superior and Amanda Mace had a double-double with 12 kills and 22 digs. In the win over Fontbonne freshman Cambra Hughes led the way with 10 kills. HSU is 2-2 on the year. |
