Expected to be a weekend starter, after a solid initial season with the Cowboys. 2007: Had a team-high nine starts and made 13 appearances...Led the team in strikeouts with 43 and second in innings pitched with 54.1. Finished the season with 2-5 record and 7.62 ERA. Transferred to the Cowboys after three seasons (one as a redshirt) at Division I Northwestern State in Louisiana.
