Tennis Cougar Fall Draw Rained Out On Day Two
Oct. 6, 2007 HOUSTON - After a two-hour delay this morning, the University of Houston women's tennis team resumed singles play advancing senior Leila Salek to the finals round of the Singles Flight B bracket. A second rainstorm washed out the second wave of singles matches this afternoon, postponing the tournament until Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. Matches that were stopped due to the rain will resume play first followed by the championship rounds.
