Made her collegiate debut at Southwestern during the season-opening meet... Won the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 59.73 and finished second in the 200-yard freestyle against the Pirates... Finished first in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 58.64 at North Texas... Finished second in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:12.44 at No. 12 SMU... Also posted a second-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:31.34 against the Mustangs... Was a member of the winning 400-yard medley relay team against New Orleans... Member of the 400-yard medley relay team, which captured the bronze medal with a time of 3:51.74 at the Conference USA Championship... Was the fourth-fastest time in UH history in that event.
HIGH SCHOOL
Competed for Red Deer Catalina Swim Club under head coach Sam Montgomery... Was a Provincial Senior Championship medalist in 2006 and 2007... West Canadian Championship finalist in 2006 and 2007... Canadian Senior National qualifier and consolation finalist in 2006 and 2007... Posted career best times of 28.64 (short-course) in the 50-meter butterfly, 1:03.67 (long-course) in the 100-meter butterfly and 2:23.23 (long-course) in the 200-meter butterfly... Competed on the volleyball and basketball teams at Hunting Hills High School... Honor Roll student for four straight years... Volunteered in the acute-care medical ward at a local hospital in 2007...
