Cougar Softball Postponed

LOUISVILE, Ky. - The University of Houston softball team's game at with the USF Bulls, at Louisville's Ulmer Stadium, was postponed in the middle of the third inning Friday afternoon, due to inclement weather. The two teams will pick up action in the bottom half of the third inning Saturday morning at 9 a.m.

The Cougars hold a 5-0 lead with two outs in the bottotm of the third inning with senior Lindsay Durham batting with a two ball, two strike count.

Houston grabed the five run lead during a rally in the third inning which saw the Cougars pick up four hits while taking advantage of three USF errors.

The winner of the Houston, South Florida match up will play in the Championship game on Sunday at a time still to be determined.
