HOUSTON - The softball doubleheader scheduled for Wednesday at the Cougar Softball Stadium between the University of Houston and Texas Southern has been moved up to 3 p.m. to avoid forecasted rain.

The Cougars (31-18, 13-5 C-USA) will host the Tigers in their last non-conference doubleheader of the 2003 season. Houston has won six of its last seven and is 16-7 at home this year.

The Cougars will depart for Louisville Friday to face the Cardinals in a three-game Conference USA series beginning Saturday at 1 p.m.
