WORCESTER, Mass. - Freshman Aaron Brosnan (Westford, Mass.) has been named the Holiday Inn Express Crusader of the Week, for competition from January 29-February 4. Last week, Brosnan had three first place finishes, while helping to lead the Holy Cross men's swimming and diving team to a 124-117 victory over Fairfield at the Hart Center.

During Saturday's meet, Brosnan took a pair of individual event titles for the Crusaders. He finished in first place in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:06.86, in addition to winning the 200-yard backstroke in a time of 2:07.43. In addition, Brosnan swam a leg on Holy Cross' 400-yard medley relay team, which finished in first place with a time of 3:50.51.

The Crusaders return to action on Tuesday, Feb. 6, when they play host to Boston College at 6:00 p.m., in the final home meet of the 2006-2007 season.
