Castrillon Named To CoSida Academic All-District Second Team

WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross sophomore men's soccer player Felipe Castrillon (Weston, Fla.) has been selected to the 2006 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District I second team, it was announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America. The team is comprised of players from Division I schools in the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

On the field, Castrillon finished his sophomore season second on the team with 15 points, seven goals and one assist in 17 games. Academically, Castrillon has a 3.41 grade point average with a major in economic.

The Crusaders ended their season last week 5-11-1 overall and 1-6 in the conference.
