Elmhurst, Ill. - North Dakota State went through the Great West schedule unbeaten so it is no surprise that the leader of the offense and the coach of the team were voted as two of the top award recipients, as award winners and all-conference team members were announced today by the league office. Quarterback Steve Walker guided the Bison on the field to a 10-1 record and was voted Offensive Player of the Year by a vote of league coaches, while head coach Craig Bohl was voted Coach of the Year for his guidance on the sidelines.
