Georgetown University Swimmers Finish Seventh of Eight Teams at Potomac Relay Invitational

Washington, D.C. - The Georgetown University men's and women's swimming teams finished in seventh place of eight teams at the Potomac Relay Invitational held at the Takoma Recreation Center.

The women's team posted a fourth place finish in the 300 butterfly relay and fifth place finishes in both the 300 breaststroke relay and the 1000 free relays.

The men's team swam to third place finishes in the 300 backstroke relay and the 800 free relays.

On the women's side, Laura Sytnyk, Claire Nugent and Katelyn O'Connor finished fourth overall in the 300 butterfly relay.

For the men, the Hoya quartet of Heath Walden, Jon Hayden, Chris Ball and Dan Robinson finished third in the 800 free relay while the trio of Goran Bistric, Dan Robinson and Heath Walden finished third in the 300 backstroke relay.
